Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday only, so nothing spends a weekend in transit.

Delivery & Cost
UK delivery is £5.95, free over £75, via tracked 24-hour courier. You receive tracking the moment your plant leaves our studio.

Heat & Cold Protection
In extreme weather we add heat packs or extra insulation at no charge, and may hold dispatch a day to protect the plant. We always email you first.

International
We currently ship within the UK and EU. EU orders include phytosanitary documentation where required; transit is 3 to 5 business days.
