30-Day Arrival Guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged, or declines within 30 days despite correct care, we replace it or refund it. No plant needs to be posted back to us.

How to Claim
Email
care@sophistiplants.com within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, with your order number and a clear photo. Most claims are resolved the same day.

Change of Mind
Unopened accessories and tools can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For plant-health reasons, live plants cannot be returned once they have left our care, unless covered by the guarantee above.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
